When I was looking through the themes one stood out to me the most that related to the book. Judgement was the one that stood out to me. One character in this book, Ollie, is different and an outcast from everyone else. In the beginning of the book he is bullied and even judged but someone, Makani, comes fourth and steps up to basically say you shouldn't let what they say get to you. There is more judgement that happens to Ollie throughout the story but the more you get to know this character the more you realize he is like everyone else so this judgement means, or shouldn't mean anything.

I imagine "judgement" is a common theme in a lot of Young Adult novels! Full points, Stephanie:)

Well said, Steph! Although I have no idea what book you are referring to, I feel sympathy for this character, without even knowing who he is.
